This course on the western tip of the Dingle Peninsula is known in English as the Dingle Golf Links and in Gaelic as Ceann Sibeal. By either name it is a wonderfully enjoyable and scenic links course far off the beaten path travelled by most golfers on an Irish golf trip.

While the views from Ceann Sibeal are spectacular, the visiting golfer needs to keep some focus on the challenges presented by this wonderful Irish golf course that was designed by Ireland's leading golf course architect, Eddie Hackett. Ceann Sibeal's main features are a meandering burn that winds throughout the course, constantly forcing the golfer to make decisions as to just how closely to challenge the burn in return for an easier next shot, together with greensites that are cleverly sited in natural areas.

At Ceann Sibeal the post-round reward for the visiting golfer is a chance to enjoy a pint of his favorite ale in the warm and welcoming clubhouse, while listening to one or more tables of the locals banter in their native Gaelic.
